Each month we give you free credits. For example with any account we will give you $25 in Complimentary Credits each month which is about 2,100 texts or 1,953  mins in calls or 24,679 emails per month.

Outbound calls are billed at $0.021 / minute. Inbound calls are billed at $0.0128 / minute. Text messages are billed at $0.0119 / every 160 character segment. Emails are billed at $0.001013 / email. For example, after your credits were used, sending out 10,000 additional emails would cost about $10 per month.

Yes. Content AI is charged with a usage-based pricing per word usage. The pricing is $0.09/1000* words. The first 500 words are FREE for each account. For Conversational AI, $50 in credits will be included in your account each month, which is about 1,000 messages - and after that, the rate you will be billed is $0.05 per message. (Credits do not rollover)

Simply login to your account, click on your account settings and click "cancel my account". No need to call, email, or talk to anyone!

As with all "software-as-a-service" platforms, canceling means your data will become inaccessible. But don't worry, you can download CSV files before canceling your account.
